Needle Punching Non Woven Fabric Making Machine ISO Certification

It is suitable for production of common nonwoven fabric, such as needle punched nonwovens, asphalt felt substrate,geotextile,auto interior material etc.

It is of frame type structure,made of best quality carbon steel and welted together. With the qualitative processing, the upper and lower girders are accurately made. The wall of machine is welted by high strength steel board, the girder is make of a variety of strength steel plate.

Peel wool plate and bottom plate is of 12-14mm thickness (material is manganese steel), bottom hole needle plate is of the taper hole.The surface of peel wool plate and needle bottom plate are hard chromium plating.

Usage of the machine

There are two options for Neddle plate: Magnesium alloy and Polyester PU. Self-locking device is divided into pneumatic locking and conical self-locking. The lead is 60mm, it adopts the automatic refueling. The trawling and doffer board are electronic or mechanical lifting.
