This machine adopts the full-width flake-like dyeing method; after finishing the warping, the warp will boiled, dyed, starched and baked by the machine, and then be rolled by the weaver's beam and provided for the next process for weaving.

Intelligent Hydraulic Yarn Storage Creel

With PLC program intelligent control, interrupt work of hydraulic pump will be conducted according t demand. It improves the service life of hydraulic system, reducing power consumption of electric motor. It can adjust warp tension at will, satisfying the tension demands of different yarn sheets. With synchronous lifting structure of gear and rack, it ensures stored yarn to run up and down stably and reliably and improves the running quality of yarn sheet. With perfect safety protection function, it will give alarm when abnormal condition occurs and achieves the forced stoppage in the condition of setting limit so as to protect the safety of equipment and personnel.
